Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship worldwide. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply. Also, please make sure in advance that your local postal service is currently able to deliver mail reliably and that you are permitted to import these goods into your country. Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from customs regulations or import restrictions.

Regarding shipping to the US: Because customs regulations in the US are always kind of changing, I can’t guarantee exactly how a customs official will treat the total declared value (goods + shipping). However, I will always aim to declare everything transparently and assist you as much as possible with information.
Is your work NSFW?
Yes. Some of my work contains explicit content. All NSFW items are clearly marked with a 🔞 symbol.
Are group orders possible to save on shipping costs?
In this shop, shipping costs are calculated by weight. This means you can add as many items to your cart as you like, and the correct shipping costs will always be calculated. It's therefore not possible to save any more on shipping costs.

The only exception applies if your order exceeds a total weight of 20 kg, as DHL does not permit shipments over 20 kg to most countries. To avoid the risk of injury during handling, I reserve the right to split larger orders into multiple parcels. If you are planning to order more than 15 books, please contact me in advance so we can arrange the best solution.
Will anyone be able to see what’s inside the package?
No. I will make sure all packages are shipped in neutral packaging (even if it’s not as pretty). For the customs description, I will use neutral terms such as “book” and “postcards,” so no one will be able to guess the content.
My address has changed; can I still change it retroactively?
If your package hasn't been shipped yet, I can still change the address. Please send me an email with your order number. If the package is already on its way to you, there's nothing I can do. It's possible to request an address change or redirection from your country's shipping company. For shipments within Germany, there's always the option to have the package redirected to a Packstation (parcel locker). However, this is the buyer's responsibility. I'm always available to assist you, though.
How do I access my shipment tracking information?
Unfortunately, I cannot send tracking numbers through the system. However, every shipment is sent with a tracking number. If you allow me to share your email address with DHL, you will receive a notification from DHL as soon as your package is on its way. Otherwise, I can send you the tracking information by email. Just send me a short email with your order number.
My item is damaged. What can I do?
If your item arrives damaged, you may file a claim with your local postal service. Unfortunately, I am unable to do this on your behalf unless the shipment was handled entirely within Germany. If the claim is successful, you will receive a partial reimbursement.

If you would prefer not to pursue a claim, please feel free to contact me and we can try to find a solution together. However, as many items in my shop are available only in limited quantities, I am usually unable to offer replacements and can generally only provide a partial refund.

As all parcels leave my premises in perfect condition, I reserve the right to decline a refund and instead refer customers to the postal service’s claims process.
